As the Revenue Operations Analyst for RxVantage you will function as the analytical linchpin for our Go To Market organization, providing clear insight between data and revenue performance. This role will serve as a backbone to understanding performance, identifying areas of opportunity, and driving data-informed decisions across the entire client lifecycle. The primary focus of this role is to provide clear, accurate and actionable insights across all GTM motions including Sales, Marketing, Service and Account Management. This role will own the design, maintenance and evolution of GTM reporting - ultimately providing executive level insights that enable leaders to optimize pipeline, drive revenue efficiency and increase customer engagement. You will become the cornerstone of all revenue intelligence, providing a consistent source of truth for GTM Metrics and performance analysis. The Revenue Operations Analyst will primarily partner with the revenue organization, but will also work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, Data and Product to centralize all GTM reporting functions including commissions, product feedback and revenue retention. The Revenue Operations Analyst will work closely with the Director of Sales Operations to develop and prioritize the GTM Intelligence roadmap and facilitate enablement programs that allow for on demand, real time access to strategic information for key stakeholders.
