Federated Wireless seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to report to and support our Chief Revenue Officer and go-to-market teams by delivering actionable revenue insights, maintaining CRM data integrity, and improving visibility into the sales funnel. This role owns pipeline analytics, builds reporting dashboards, and ensures HubSpot data and processes support accurate forecasting and decision making. The analyst partners closely with Sales and Marketing to improve funnel performance, implement automation and AI productivity tools, and drive operational efficiency across the revenue organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-5 years of work experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics, or an equivalent combination of advanced education and related experience
  • Experience working with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
  • Strong experience building Power BI dashboards or similar BI reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze pipeline and performance data and translate insights into operational improvements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sales or marketing automation tools and AI productivity platforms
  • Familiarity with lead routing, funnel analytics, and pipeline management
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS, telecom, or technology organizations

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline analytics and reporting, providing clear visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, and forecasting.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM reporting and data governance, ensure accurate data and standardized reporting, and facilitate strong adoption across the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that track customer usage, adoption trends, and operational insights, helping leadership understand customer engagement and identify opportunities for growth or optimization.
  • Support lead and account assignment processes to ensure accurate routing and alignment with sales territories and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to implement automation and AI tools that streamline reporting, improve workflows, and increase sales productivity.
  • Partner with Marketing to align campaign performance reporting and funnel analytics, improving visibility into marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Monitor CRM data quality and pipeline integrity, proactively identifying gaps and improving reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with finance on revenue forecasting and planning, customer proposals, and pricing requests, etc.
