The Revenue Manager will be responsible for producing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports with analysis to identify areas for revenue optimization. This role involves monitoring and ensuring rate and inventory integrity across all distribution channels, identifying and rectifying discrepancies, and assisting in the preparation of competitive analysis for revenue meetings. The position requires understanding market trends, competitor positioning, and ensuring proper pricing strategies. The Revenue Manager will review group cut-off dates, lead Group Pick-Up Meetings, and assist in the monthly forecasting process, annual budget creation, and long-term projections. This role collaborates closely with the reservation team and other departments to align strategies and achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities also include system maintenance such as rate loading, restrictions management, and daily system checks, acting as a system expert in distribution, RM, and reporting platforms. Additionally, the role supports content management in digital channels and maintains relationships with the Global Reservations Center. The position is focused on uncovering new revenue opportunities through special projects within RM and Distribution.
