Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows is seeking a Revenue Manager to support all aspects of pricing, trend, and business evaluations to optimize ADR, REVPAR, and TREVPOR. This role involves preparing and presenting weekly commercial strategy meetings, analyzing booking trends, and collaborating with marketing and distribution teams to deploy initiatives. The Revenue Manager will also maintain and manage Passkey inventory, property content, and guest communication templates, as well as manage daily inventory control, balance, and room assignment. Additionally, they will load and manage Business Transient rates, conduct audits for accuracy, and assist with maintaining accurate hotel content on various websites. The position requires enhancing automation efforts in reporting tools, preparing competitive analysis, and assisting with managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions. The Revenue Manager will monitor changes in inventory, provide guidance on strategy impacts, monitor group blocks, and make strategy recommendations. They will also assist in generating and updating Revenue Management reports, performing system maintenance, and implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems. Participation in revenue-related initiatives and ad-hoc tasks for senior leadership are also expected. Effective communication with various departments such as Reservations, Sales, Convention Services, Accounting, and Front Desk is crucial.
