About The Position

The Revenue Manager develops and executes strategies that maximize revenue, occupancy, and retention across the portfolio. This role leads revenue programs and systems, analyzes market and performance data, and identifies opportunities to optimize pricing, positioning, and alternative revenue streams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of multifamily housing or revenue management experience.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with pricing software; Revenue IQ and Yardi Matrix preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and comprehend English.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize pricing strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.
  • Deliver training and coaching to support retention, occupancy, and revenue goals.
  • Lead market assessments and oversee competitor data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain revenue management processes, policies, procedures, and resources.
  • Identify and recommend new strategies and software to improve performance.
  • Manage revenue management projects and tactics to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct acquisition due diligence, assess markets, recommend pricing, and onboard new properties.
  • Manage revenue software and analyze data to balance occupancy, leasing velocity, and rent growth.
  • Develop and manage revenue programs, systems, procedures, and software settings.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to grow rent and ancillary revenue and reduce bad debt.
  • Develop and refine rent, fee, and renewal pricing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Develop and refine non-rent revenue strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage ancillary income vendor partnerships and recommend new revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee software, support, and procedures for rent, ancillary income, and bad debt providers.
  • Coordinate pricing committee meetings and provide market data and recommendations.
