The Revenue Manager will be responsible for producing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports with analysis to identify revenue optimization opportunities. This role involves monitoring and ensuring rate and inventory integrity across all distribution channels, identifying and rectifying discrepancies, and assisting in the preparation of competitive analysis for revenue meetings. The position requires understanding and projecting market trends, managing group cut-off dates, and assisting with the monthly forecasting process, annual budget creation, and long-term projections. The Revenue Manager will collaborate closely with the reservations team and other departments to align strategies and achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities also include system maintenance, content management in digital channels, maintaining relationships with the Global Reservations Center, and supporting special projects to uncover new revenue opportunities.
