Requirements

  • A strategic marketer who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
  • Proven experience building and managing demand generation programs that create measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead management, attribution, and revenue analytics
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of partnering successfully with Sales, Channel, Product, and Finance teams
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment under tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing within SaaS, cloud, technology, or IT organizations
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot or similar tools
  • Experience with attribution modeling, user acquisition strategy, and pipeline analytics
  • Track record of managing or collaborating with sales development teams
  • Demonstrated success contributing directly to pipeline creation and revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Acquisition & Growth
  • Develop and execute strategies that attract new customers and expand relationships with existing accounts
  • Plan, manage, and optimize demand generation programs that consistently drive pipeline and revenue growth including forecasting and budget allocation
  • Partner closely with Sales and Channel teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that generate quality leads across end users, partners, and target accounts
  • Oversee BDR activities, ensuring effective lead qualification, follow-up, and conversion into sales opportunities
  • Manage and optimize the marketing funnel from MQL through opportunity creation, improving conversion rates and pipeline predictability
  • Create and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns including webinars, email nurture programs, content syndication, paid media, digital advertising, trade shows, and events
  • Leverage vendor relationships and Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
  • Manage lead flow and lifecycle processes using Salesforce, Pardot, and related technologies, including lead scoring, nurture programs, landing pages, and sales handoff
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and ROI; continuously testing and refining programs to improve results
  • Collaborate on content creation for web, email, social, and paid channels to support demand generation initiatives
  • Lead Revenue Operations Excellence
  • Ensure accurate reporting, analytics, automation, and tool governance across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Channel teams
  • Manage and mentor Revenue Operations team members, including Revenue Operations Managers and Business Analysts to deliver accurate, actionable insights and automation
  • Develop and maintain centralized dashboards that provide clear, actionable visibility into pipeline, revenue performance, and key business metrics
  • Evaluate, optimize, and streamline the go-to-market technology stack, ensuring systems are integrated and aligned across teams
  • Analyze revenue and growth by product line, adoption rates, upsell/whitespace opportunities, and profitability
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements that increase efficiency and support company growth
