Revenue Grow Manager

Envita Medical Centers LLC•Scottsdale, AZ
•$110,000 - $140,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Revenue Growth Manager leads the operational performance of Envita Insights’ patient engagement and enrollment funnel, from initial inquiry through enrollment and handoff to the Patient Care Specialist, with subsequent coordination with the Physician Team. The role provides direct and indirect oversight of the Remote Call Team, Patient Care Advocates, and Patient Enrollment, and is accountable for total new revenue and P&L growth. The baseline performance standard is at least 15% month-over-month growth in both, compounding from the first full month in the seat. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on improving conversion, follow-up, CRM execution, team capability, and the connection between marketing investment and completed enrollments. The manager establishes marketing priorities and presents proposed execution plans to the Insights Division Manager for review and Division Leadership’s final approval, then partners with the Google Ads Marketing Manager and GHL Administrator to execute approved plans. The role operationalizes Envita’s Care Path Conversation Framework, including approved language, structured engagement, qualification, clinical candidacy review, and ethical patient-centered communication. Clinical suitability and judgment remain with the Physician Team; Compliance owns approved language and disclosures. The manager establishes operating standards, staffing patterns, shift coverage, coaching cadence, SLAs, call audits, certification, scorecards, and corrective-action processes. The role owns nurture cadences and lost-lead reactivation, built and automated in GHL, and designs and manages the enrollment handoff to the Patient Care Specialist. It reports weekly performance and funnel indicators, diagnoses bottlenecks, and recommends staffing, technology, automation, and AI investments through the appropriate approval process. The position is full-time and on-site in Scottsdale, Arizona, and reports to the Insights Division Manager. The role requires a proven record of growing sales revenue or enrollment month-over-month while leading an inbound and outbound phone team, along with hands-on fluency in digital lead generation and CRM. Success depends on immediate results, analytical discipline, effective coaching, and preserving patient trust while pursuing growth.

Requirements

  • Proven record of growing sales revenue or enrollment month-over-month as the leader of an inbound and outbound phone team.
  • Hands-on fluency in digital lead generation and CRM.

  • Experience leading inbound and outbound phone-based enrollment or consultative sales teams, including direct reports and supervision through team leads or managers.
  • Track record of improving conversion and team performance through coaching, call quality, documented workflows, and CRM discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing sources and spend to completed enrollments, revenue, and acquisition efficiency.
  • Ability to lead a structured, measurable phone-based sales operation, including funnel definitions, stage discipline, SLAs, call-quality standards, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Ability to build and coach conversation frameworks and train talk tracks and objection handling.
  • Ability to use ethical persuasion and avoid pressure tactics, false urgency, and clinical overreach.
  • Experience implementing management routines such as coaching cadence, call audits, scorecards, certification, and documented corrective action.
  • Ability to interpret campaign and source data, set priorities based on enrollment rather than lead volume, and write execution plans for others.
  • CRM fluency and ability to use automation and AI to strengthen the patient conversation.
  • Analytical ability to define funnel measures, speed-to-lead, and cost per enrolled patient and use them to make decisions.
  • Ability to achieve growth while maintaining respectful, accurate, patient-centered communication.
