About The Position

Reporting into the Director, Media Intelligence Solutions, the Revenue Enablement Manager is primarily responsible for increasing sales results and productivity of our sales teams by providing training materials, demo support and coaching services for salespeople and front-line sales managers. This role will also partner closely with Media Intelligence and Professional Services teams, supporting work tied to media monitoring and analysis. Exposure to Media Intelligence is considered a strong asset. As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you will lead the creation and implementation of training programs to our sales teams and act as an internal product champion, while also managing and maintaining competitive intelligence documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales and/or Account Management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong experience in tactical sales management.
  • The ability to train others to listen, present and close sales.
  • People and customer management skills - especially problem solving - is very important.
  • Ability to identify (potential) problems and propose solutions in a clear concise way is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities.
  • Ability to interpret information and translate into actionable recommendations is a must.
  • You are a product of a sales training framework such as Sandler or other.
  • Strong computer skills in Salesforce, Salesloft, Excel, PowerPoint are necessary.
  • Highly organized and skilled at project management.
  • Track record of integrity, honesty and the ability to instill this in others.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Media Intelligence is considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory, training content design and B2B selling is an asset.
  • Exposure to Media Intelligence, media monitoring, or Professional Services environments is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support our salesforce with selling our Agility products.
  • Manages an ongoing schedule of regular communication to all sales teams, keeping stakeholders engaged and informed on new product features.
  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
  • Liaises with the Agility Marketing department for assistance with any necessary written promotional materials.
  • Provides metrics and create reports on enablement program outcomes and effectively communicate results to all executive stakeholders.
  • Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.
  • Provides front-line product demo support to sales staff on an as needed basis, feeding back areas for improvement when required.
  • Maintains and regularly updates competitive battlecards, with specializations in Database, Social Listening and Media Monitoring.
  • Works with the Director, Media Intelligence Solutions on customer requirements from an Engineering perspective, relaying what features Account Executives and Prospects/Clients feel would make a positive impact on sales revenue.
