Revenue Cycle Supervisor
About The Position
Responsible for supporting the AR Manager and supervising collections specialists to effectively collect outstanding balances due from third-party payers. Requires effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve collection trends. Must stay informed on current Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor regulations and requirements, communicating changes to management and staff, and maintaining current documentation. This role involves managing, motivating, and supervising team members, along with other assigned duties.
