Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare billing environment
• Extensive knowledge of billing and reimbursement systems
• Good written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with Centricity Billing Software
• Physician Practice Management experience
• Knowledge of billing operations, government regulations and insurance provisions

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the revenue cycle from charge capture to account resolution for assigned client practices.
• Responsible for all staff assigned to the client that is under his or her supervision.
• Has strong working knowledge of the revenue cycle and coordinates a wide range of administrative duties involved in the resolution of client accounts receivable.
• Able to proactively identify issues and effectively problem solve as issues arise.
• Effectively communicates policies, procedures and processes to internal staff as well as administrators, physicians, and other individuals within client practices they oversee
