About The Position

Experian is seeking a Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant to manage client implementations of Experian Health Solutions. This role involves overseeing the entire implementation process from kick-off to successful transition and handoff. The consultant will apply best-practice workflows, facilitate requirements gathering, conduct workflow mapping, review configurations, and manage user acceptance testing. They will also provide guidance on change management and process optimization, analyze revenue cycle metrics to demonstrate solution value, and recommend workflow improvements. Mapping existing processes and designing optimized future-state workflows are key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare back-end revenue cycle (payments and collections)
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and documentation
  • Prior experience delivering end-user training, client education sessions, or workflow-based training in a healthcare or technology setting.
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry
  • Familiar with interface messages, HL7, X12 and API workflows
  • HFMA Certification (required within one year of employment)

Responsibilities

  • Manage client implementations of Experian Health Solutions from initial kick-off through successful transition and handoff.

  • Develop an understanding of Experian Health's product suite and apply best-practice workflows.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, workflow mapping, configuration reviews, and user acceptance testing.

  • Collect and analyze revenue cycle metrics to demonstrate the value and performance of deployed solutions.
  • Recommend workflow improvements and best practices.
  • Map existing processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
