About The Position

Serve as a Revenue Cycle Solutions Architect supporting the design, analysis, and optimization of revenue cycle processes and solutions. Assemble and analyze data to forecast profit and loss related to healthcare services, projects, and operational changes, supporting financial planning and decision-making. Perform cost analysis and forecasting by reviewing available documentation, identifying cost-influencing factors, and using historical data, trends, and research to develop accurate projections. Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, management, and clients to communicate findings, manage bids, and present cost models and analyses. Evaluate cost alternatives, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support cost management and optimization efforts. Assist with regulatory compliance, including cost transparency requirements, and maintain cost databases and documentation. Perform additional and separate responsibilities as assigned, as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, accounting, engineering, or business.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Experience in healthcare cost estimation.
  • Ability to analyze documentation, identify cost drivers, and develop accurate financial projections.
  • Experience working with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, management, and clients.
  • Ability to assist with compliance requirements and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as CCP or CEP.
  • Experience with cost transparency requirements and healthcare regulatory compliance.
  • Additional experience in cost management, forecasting, and financial modeling in a healthcare environment.
