Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in revenue cycle operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar revenue cycle systems.
  • Strong background in accounts receivable (AR) management and denial prevention/root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, workflow design, and project execution.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies areas of opportunities for metric and process improvement, workflow optimization and operational effectiveness.
  • Serves as expert consultant for revenue cycle and clinical operations for existing practices and outside operations.
  • Reviews and reports revenue cycle and clinic operations workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement to meet target metric goals.
  • Provides revenue cycle training, support and workflow optimization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
