About The Position

Impact Advisors is seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Cycle Managed Operations Senior Trainer – Process & Standards to support managed operations across our revenue cycle client portfolio. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and sustaining standardized training programs that enable high-performing on-shore and off-shore teams. The Senior Trainer partners closely with Quality, Operations, and client subject matter experts to ensure workflows are well-documented, consistently executed, and continuously improved. This position plays a critical role in driving operational stability, accelerating ramp-up for new resources, and reinforcing performance expectations across revenue cycle functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, spanning front-end, mid-cycle, and/or back-end functions.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or enablement roles, preferably within managed services or outsourced operations.
  • Demonstrated experience training and supporting off-shore or near-shore teams.
  • Strong ability to create clear, structured process documentation and training materials.
  • Proven ability in Excel, Viso, and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Revenue cycle certifications (e.g., CRCR, CHFP, CPC) a plus.
  • Epic experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Prior collaboration with Quality or Performance teams to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for on-shore and off-shore revenue cycle resources, ensuring readiness across people, process, and technology.
  • Develop role-based onboarding curricula aligned to standard workflows, client requirements, and performance expectations.
  • Own the creation, maintenance, and version control of SOPs, job aids, and training materials for revenue cycle workflows.
  • Ensure documentation reflects current-state processes, system changes, and client-specific nuances while maintaining enterprise standards.
  • Deliver training across Impact Advisors preferred workflow technologies, Epic, Oracle, and other client systems.
  • Translate complex revenue cycle requirements into clear, actionable training content for onshore and global teams, including vendors.
  • Partner with Performance Analysts to deliver refresher training tied to QA findings, audit results, and performance trends.
  • Identify recurring errors or knowledge gaps and proactively design remediation and reinforcement training plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality, Operations leaders, and client SMEs to align training with operational priorities and SLAs.
  • Support change management initiatives by enabling teams through effective communication and training during workflow or system changes.
