The Revenue Cycle Coordinator III is responsible for providing oversight in the research and resolution of member related eligibility and billing complaints from internal customers and governing entities. This role requires utilizing key accounts receivable and reporting experience to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of accounts receivable activity. The position involves supporting Revenue Cycle Specialists, acting as a subject matter expert for eligibility and billing processes, and ensuring the timely resolution of consumer complaints submitted by governing entities. The coordinator will also identify irregular trends, collaborate with management to correct deficiencies, and participate in the development and training for new products and technologies. Additionally, the role involves assisting with reporting, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and State requirements, and performing ad-hoc duties as requested.
