About The Position

The Revenue Auditor is responsible for performing all financial activities related to the revenue audit function, ensuring compliance with established company policies, procedures, and controls. This role involves compiling and maintaining revenue audit records for month-end reporting, handling customer inquiries regarding W2Gs and win/loss statements, and ensuring the accuracy of vendor information. The position requires a positive attitude, exceptional service delivery, and adherence to casino policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months’ related experience and/or training in an administrative or accounting office environment performing clerical duties
  • Formal training needed to demonstrate the knowledge, skill, and ability to work with accounting systems
  • Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and financial data-based programs
  • Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Fort Still Apache Gaming License
  • Pass a background check and drug-screening test
  • Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Properly perform all financial activities related to the revenue audit function, as assigned, within established company policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Compile and maintain revenue audit records for use in completing month-end reporting.
  • Participate in handling customer inquiries regarding W2G’s and win/loss statements.
  • Ensure all required vendor information is accurate and properly recorded.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by reporting supervisor.
  • Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.
  • Adhere to and act in accordance with all casino policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state and local regulations.
  • Demonstrate a high level of service delivery to ensure guest and team member satisfaction; handle service failures and prioritize guest and team member needs.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Competency to follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation, carefully monitoring processes and routine work details.
  • Ability to clearly present information verbally and in writing; read and interpret complex information; actively listen and talk with guests and team members.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Prepare for known problems and opportunities in advance; willingness to undertake additional responsibilities and respond to situations as they arise.
