About The Position

At Main Line Health, a strong revenue cycle is essential to ensuring the financial health of our organization and our ability to deliver exceptional patient care. As a Revenue Analyst, you play a critical role in supporting the performance of our physician practices and acute hospitals by transforming complex operational and financial data into meaningful insights. Working closely with Revenue Cycle leadership, Account Managers, and practice leadership teams, you will monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and help drive solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce account receivable lag, and optimize reimbursement. Your analytical expertise, reporting capabilities, and commitment to operational excellence directly support informed decision-making, financial sustainability, and the continued success of our practices across the health system.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years healthcare billing experience and/or accounts receivable experience utilizing automated patient accounting systems (EPIC Resolute preferred)
  • Experience working with data analytics, reporting tools, or IT systems combined with strong foundational knowledge of medical billing and coding practices.
  • Microsoft Office applications experience, including reporting and advanced Excel proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes required.
  • Strong written/oral communications and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills required.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma level of education required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology preferred.
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, not required.
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
  • American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM)
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
  • Healthcare Financial Management Association desirable
  • Strong preference for EPIC experience!
