About The Position

Annexus Health is seeking a Revenue Analyst – Billing Lead to support and enhance our billing operations. This role is ideal for a problem solver with a strong finance or data analytics background who thrives in organizing and interpreting financial data to drive decision-making. While healthcare experience is not required, expertise in financial processes, advanced Excel skills, and an ability to optimize workflows are essential. The Billing Lead will work closely with our offshore billing team, providing guidance and strategic direction to ensure effective revenue operations. This role does not involve direct people management but requires someone who can structure, analyze, and communicate financial data to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, computer science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or revenue operations (experience in banking or finance preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data modeling, and financial reporting).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving operational improvements.
• Ability to work with large datasets and distill complex financial data into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively guide and coordinate tasks with an offshore team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in process improvement and scaling financial operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large financial and billing datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Guide and instruct an offshore billing team on daily priorities and focus areas.
• Develop structured financial models, pivot tables, and reports in Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve billing processes for scalability.
• Ensure data is organized, actionable, and accurate for revenue optimization.
• Work alongside key stakeholders to improve financial tracking, AR management, and reporting.
