The resort features a large, complex property with multiple operational components, including a sophisticated water feature system, golf courses, pools, water sports, and various amenities. This diverse environment requires strong engineering oversight. The Revenue Analyst will support the revenue management and reservations division to drive revenue growth by balancing volume and pricing strategies to meet financial targets. This role involves analyzing market trends, competitor behavior, and demand patterns to make informed pricing and inventory decisions. The analyst will also manage room inventory across various distribution channels, including OTAs and direct booking sites, and maintain relationships with OTA partners. Generating reports, utilizing revenue management software, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and reservations teams are key aspects of the position. The role also includes educating team members on revenue management concepts and providing guidance on revenue-generating initiatives. Staying updated on industry trends and local events is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge and identifying growth opportunities.
