About The Position
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Revenue Analyst. Under the supervision of the Associate Director - Finance, you will be responsible for the order to cash process. This includes overseeing all revenue operations, from maintaining accuracy of customer accounts and processing sales contracts, to billing, performing customer follow-ups, and assisting with various financial analysis. The ideal candidate is known for their analytical mind, organization, attention to detail, and is a team player who is dynamic, proactive, rigorous, and keen to learn.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years of experience
- Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- French and English required
- Experience using SAP
- High degree of accuracy
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support sales team from initiation of opportunity to recognition in the financial systems.
- Participate in billing and revenue recognition process for IQVIA.
- Monitor accounts receivable ageing and manage collections to ensure DSO (Days of sales outstanding) targets are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to Corporate Accounting policies and GAAP.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of process/workflows.
- Contribute to billing/revenue recognition deliverables on other innovations/acquisitions/alliances in Canada.
