Requirements

  • Airport Property Management: Knowledge of the statutes and ordinances governing the management of airport property.
  • Aviation Law: Knowledge of laws, concepts, rules, regulations, and practices in the aviation industry.

  • Communication: Skill in communicating effectively at all levels of the organization and with stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
  • Computer Use: Skill in using a personal computer, the internet, and other software to perform job-related functions.

  • Microsoft Office: Skill in using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Property Management: Skill in planning, developing, and implementing property management actions.

Responsibilities

  • Administers MNAA concession contracts, ground transportation permits, parking management agreement and management policies to ensure compliance.
  • Analyzes, develops, recommends, monitors, and interprets concession contractual agreements and ground transportation permits and policies
  • Analyzes financial reporting including tenant revenue reports and develops strategic trend analysis used to guide revenue program direction.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining various concession management database systems for tracking concession contract compliance.
  • Maintains accuracy of concession, ground transportation, and parking information on MNAA website and terminal directories.
  • Monitors and responds responsively to customer comments received on the concessions, ground transportation, and parking programs.
  • Interfaces with MNAA staff, legal counsel, tenants and consultants regarding concessions development and operations.
  • Contributes to formation of RFP business strategies and solicitation development and oversees procurement process compliance with MNAA procurement policies.
  • Monitors strategic plans to ensure congruence between the goals of MNAA, and concessions business stakeholders.
  • Provides excellent customer service to tenant and permit holder inquiries for assistance.
  • Maintains regular and on-time attendance.
  • Follows all safety regulations.
  • Supports MNAA’s commitment to its culture and values, including Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (RISE).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
