Returns Specialist

About The Position
Vuori Returns Specialists process and issue refunds for e-commerce and wholesale returns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They assess the condition of returned products with close attention to detail and help ensure that only brand-new, unworn items are resold. The role works cross-functionally with Customer Service and Wholesale teams to confirm that accurate refunds are issued promptly.
Requirements
- Warehouse or retail experience.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to self-manage and assist fellow team members.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process returns.
- Grade and inspect the quality and condition of returned items.
- Transfer goods back to the distribution center.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Fold and repackage items.
- Provide quality feedback to leadership.
