This role processes all returned merchandise to be exchanged, returned to stock, returned to the manufacturer, donated or discarded in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Experience with Personal Computer and Software Programs to include Microsoft Windows (word, excel), email and internet.
• Ability to learn internal order management software.
• Ability to meet productivity standards with accuracy/quality
• Ability to communicate professionally
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to follow standard operating processes
• Great attendance
• Work overtime as business dictates
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled warehouse, ability to stand for duration of shift and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, squat, pull, push, carry and other physical actions required to complete the functions of the job.
• Ability to research/troubleshoot and make quick decisions

Nice To Haves

• Strong customer service skills with experience in talking with customers via the phone or email
• Previous Returns experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Compare merchandise with original requisition and customer feedback to identify reason for return to include incorrect item, quantity mismatch or a defect in merchandise.
• Call or email customers as needed to obtain additional information concerning their return and/or for placing an exchange order.
• Inspect merchandise to determine disposition of item.
• Pull Order up in GQ System and process for credit and/or exchange.
• Completes all forms required for returned goods.
• Package and label merchandise to be entered back into stock.
