An in-office, three-day-a-week hybrid schedule for a candidate local to one of our Seattle, WA, Mill Creek, WA, Puyallup, WA, San Jose, CA and Towson, MD office locations. General Experience - 7 to 12 months

Responsibilities

Assist in processing payroll transactions related to retirement plans.
Verify the accuracy of payroll census data.
Support the processing of participant loans, ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulations.
Handle loan payoff transactions, maintaining accurate loan records.
Assist in the liquidation of plan fees and ensure proper accounting.
Help reconcile and process rollover contributions.
Review and process new hire enrollments.
Maintain effective communication with plan participants and clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Learn and perform quality checks on the work of peers to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Continuously monitor inbound cases in Sales Force.
