We are seeking a service-driven and detail-oriented Retirement Plan Solutions Participant Services Associate to join our RPS Participant Services team. This role is responsible for delivering caring, responsive, and high-quality service while performing key administrative support functions for our 401(k) participants. Operating within our Participant Services call center, this individual serves as a primary point of contact for participants, assisting with transactions such as withdrawals, distributions, and rollovers. The RPS Participant Services Associate plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless participant experience and may act as a backup to other Participant Services Representatives as needed to maintain continuity of service. The ideal candidate will share our values and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
