About The Position

As a Retirement Plan Services Representative at Vanguard, you will serve as the voice and advocate for clients, helping to build hundreds of financial futures. This role involves providing high-quality service across Institutional Participant Services by supporting external employers' 401(k) plan participants with their dynamic and complex needs. You will assist with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, and financial and clerical transactions through inbound phone calls and written communication. Requirements

Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills to engage with our clients and our “crew”
Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience
A learner’s mentality and an appetite for financial acumen
Ability to complete the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam and obtain the Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines

Benefits

Base salary for this role is $52,000
Opportunity to earn additional hourly pay
