About The Position

As a Retirement Plan Services Representative at Vanguard, you will serve as the voice and advocate for clients, helping to build hundreds of financial futures. This role involves providing high-quality service across Institutional Participant Services by supporting external employers' 401(k) plan participants with their dynamic and complex needs. You will assist with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, and financial and clerical transactions through inbound phone calls and written communication. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills to engage with our clients and our “crew”
  • Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience
  • A learner’s mentality and an appetite for financial acumen
  • Ability to complete the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam and obtain the Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Base salary for this role is $52,000
  • Opportunity to earn additional hourly pay
