About The Position

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Retirement Plan Services Representative, you will serve as the voice and advocate for clients, helping to build financial futures. This role involves providing high-quality service across Institutional Participant Services by supporting external employers' 401(k) plan participants with their diverse and complex needs. Responsibilities include assisting with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, and financial and clerical transactions via inbound phone calls and written communication. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills to engage with clients and crew
  • Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience
  • A learner’s mentality and an appetite for financial acumen
  • Ability to complete the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam and obtain the Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

Benefits

  • Base salary of $54,000
  • Opportunity to earn additional hourly pay
