Touchmark is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing professional, referred to as a Retirement Counselor, to help prospective residents and their families discover a community where they can live well, stay connected, and thrive. This role involves building relationships with prospective residents, conducting community tours, hosting visits and events, following up with leads, and helping individuals envision their life at Touchmark. The position is described as more than just making a sale; it's about guiding individuals and families through an important life decision with care, confidence, and professionalism. The Retirement Counselor plays an important role in helping new residents take the next step toward a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle within communities built around connection, wellness, and purpose. The role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate potential new residents' needs, including some evenings and weekends. The Retirement Counselor serves as a member of the marketing team, aiming to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations by educating prospective residents and families about Touchmark's living options.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective residents and their families.

  • Increase occupancy by building relationships with prospective residents and their families over the phone and in person.
  • Serve as a member of the marketing team with the purpose to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations.
