About The Position

Mayo Clinic Health System is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Retina Specialist with fellowship training in Medical or Surgical Retina to join their growing team of ophthalmology experts. The role involves providing comprehensive care for medical and/or surgical retinal diseases, performing in-office and operating room procedures, and educating medical students and staff. The position is located in Southwest Wisconsin (La Crosse/ Sparta) with a possible opportunity in Northwest Wisconsin (Eau Claire).

Requirements

• Board-certified/board-eligible Retina Specialist
• Fellowship training in Medical or Surgical Retina

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for medical and/or surgical retinal diseases, including AMD, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments, and macular surgery.
• Perform in-office and operating room procedures.
• Participate in call rotations.
• Educate medical students and staff.
