The Retention/Hiring Coordinator oversees the recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and orientation process for all new team members in nursing and other departments as needed. Recruiting requires disciplined candidate prospecting behavior with a desire to drive results. The role also focuses on staff retention and promotes good team member morale. The coordinator works closely with the Staffing Coordinator on open schedules and upcoming needs to always be recruiting as an integral part of staffing.
