The Retention Coordinator will primarily support the Michigan Lottery Commission, while also contributing to digital engagement and retention initiatives across other lottery jurisdictions as needed. It will play a vital role in managing digital touchpoints—such as email, SMS, and push notifications—while supporting broader promotional and loyalty initiatives that enhance the player experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
