About The Position

JM Test Systems is looking for a highly organized and driven Growth & Retention Coordinator to support their Onsite Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of onsite service projects—from initial customer quoting through job completion. The coordinator will act as the central point of coordination between customers, field technicians, and internal teams, helping to deliver safe, accurate, and on-time service while strengthening long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment and enjoys coordinating complex projects while working with both customers and field teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in project coordination, service operations, dispatch, or customer service
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial, technical, or Oil & Gas environments preferred
  • ERP experience a plus
  • Experience with calibration, field services, or technical operations
  • Familiarity with ISO 17025, ANSI Z540, or similar standards
  • Prior experience supporting multi-site operations or field teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage onsite service projects from quote through execution and close-out
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Track project milestones and proactively identify risks to timelines or delivery
  • Build and deliver accurate quotes for new and existing customers
  • Gather equipment details, service requirements, and timelines
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the quoting process
  • Ensure all job details (scope, site requirements, contacts, logistics) are confirmed
  • Align internal teams and technicians to meet service timelines
  • Verify technician qualifications and site readiness prior to job start
  • Support adherence to service timelines and customer commitments
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, ASTM, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and project records
  • Monitor project progress across multiple onsite locations
  • Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Provide support across teams to ensure successful job execution
