Home Instead is seeking a Care Pro Onboarding & Retention Coordinator to support the success of our Care Professionals through interviewing, onboarding, retention support, and administrative coordination across two franchises. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain follow-through
  • Passion for supporting caregivers and strengthening employee experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in onboarding, HR support, employee relations, office administration, or related field
  • Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Care Pro interviews and support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
  • Lead weekly orientation and help create an exceptional new hire experience
  • Support retention efforts through follow-up, utilization outreach, corrective action check-ins, and employee support
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance in company specific systems
  • Assist with reporting, scorecards, and administrative support for HR and office operations
  • Support Care Pro recognition and engagement initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen onboarding consistency and retention outcomes
