About The Position

KAYALI is seeking a strategic and results-driven Retailer.com Manager to accelerate the growth of our online retail business across the Americas. This role owns the retailer.com commercial strategy and net sales delivery across all retailer.com partners in the region, driving sustainable and profitable growth through best-in-class digital execution, strong retail partnerships, and a relentless focus on the consumer journey. Because fragrance converts online without the shopper ever smelling the product, this role is also accountable for how KAYALI is discovered digitally, through sampling, discovery sets, layering content, and search. The ideal candidate will leverage digital excellence, data-led promotional planning, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Media, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams to unlock opportunity, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional business results.

Requirements

5+ years of retailer.com or ecommerce experience, ideally in beauty, fragrance, or luxury
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Direct experience managing a beauty retailer.com business with a major prestige beauty retailer
Previous experience with: End-to-end beauty product launches
Previous experience with: Retail strategy and assortment planning
Previous experience with: Partnering with global teams to develop regional strategy
Working knowledge of retailer vendor portals and analytics platforms, syndicated data (Circana or equivalent), and ratings & reviews platforms
Advanced Excel, with the ability to build business plans, forecasts, and ROI models from multiple data sources
Understanding of retailer search, PDP content standards, and content syndication tools
Financial business acumen is a critical requirement. Understanding ROI, financial levers, and the financial impact of decisions and resources on operational activities
Strong creativity, retail marketing, and outside of the box thinking skills
Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

Own the retailer.com business plan and net sales delivery across the Americas, including forecasting, promotional performance, and the profitability levers within it.
Build and execute annual and quarterly retailer.com business plans aligned to company and regional priorities, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth across assortment, search visibility, promotional activity, and digital performance.
Partner with Finance, Planning, and Commercial teams to manage forecasts, risks and opportunities, and deliver against sales targets.
Evaluate investment decisions and promotional opportunities through a commercial and ROI-driven lens, and recommend the retailer.com investment mix.
Monitor the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and evolving retailer capabilities to inform strategic recommendations and growth opportunities.
Serve as the primary ecommerce lead for retailer digital teams and retailer.com partnerships across the Americas.
Build strong relationships with retailer digital, merchandising, and site teams to influence retailer priorities and unlock visibility opportunities.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, media, creative, planning, supply chain, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of retailer.com initiatives, including alignment on key launches, promotional moments, and seasonal campaigns.
Partner with the brand.com lead to align pricing, promotional cadence, and launch sequencing across owned and retailer channels.
Lead retailer online business reviews, performance recaps, and strategic planning discussions with key stakeholders.
Own the retailer.com content calendar and creative briefs, partnering with internal content, creative, and brand teams who produce the assets, to deliver high-performing PDP content, brand storytelling, SEO optimization, and onsite discoverability.
Own digital scent discovery on retailer.com, including sampling programs, discovery and layering sets, bundles, and fragrance finder placements, to convert shoppers who cannot smell the product before purchase.
Own the ratings and reviews program, including review seeding and syndication at launch, to build review volume and velocity in the critical first weeks.
Drive search visibility and onsite merchandising, improving share of search and category placement across retailer.com platforms.
Ensure flawless execution of product launches, assortment updates, pricing changes, and promotional setup across retailer.com platforms.
Develop and manage the retailer.com promotional calendar, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion.
Own retailer.com priorities and inputs into retail media planning, partnering with internal media teams who hold the campaign budgets, to align paid activation with commercial priorities.
Support retailer-specific activations, co-op marketing opportunities, and digital amplification strategies.
Analyze promotional and campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and inform future investment.
Leverage retailer analytics platforms, syndicated data, and internal reporting tools to evaluate business performance and identify actionable growth opportunities.
Own the retailer.com KPI set, including net sales, conversion, traffic, share of search, basket size, ratings & reviews, and in-stock rate, and be accountable for performance against agreed targets.
Deliver business recaps, executive-level reporting, and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide the retailer.com demand signal and promotional calendar inputs into the monthly demand submission, partnering with Supply Chain and Demand Planning on in-stock optimization and operational readiness.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, reporting capabilities, and automation processes.
