Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for a Retail/Wholesale Parts Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership from day one!
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department is required
- A customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
- A self-starter who is eager to contribute to process improvements
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with CDK is strongly preferred
- Experience with parts inventory systems used by Porsche, Audi, or Volkswagen is highly preferred
- Previous retail and/or wholesale experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist wholesale and retail parts customers in selecting required parts and accessories
- Locate and order parts as needed
- Prepare invoices for both wholesale and retail parts transactions
- Maintain and actively solicit wholesale accounts, keeping the Parts Manager informed on account status and activity
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Porsche brand standard
- Answer incoming calls to the Parts Department regarding availability, pricing, and general part-related inquiries
- Assist walk-in customers with all parts needs
- Provide excellent customer service through strong phone etiquette and in-person communication
- Collaborate with them members to meet sales goals and contribute to overall department performance
