Requirements

Previous automotive retail and wholesale parts experience
Ability to work fast and stay accurate in a high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods
Clear and professional communication skills (in person and on the phone)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Pull, stage, and coordinate wholesale orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring on-time delivery
Communicate with wholesale and retail customers on pricing, availability, and ETAs while tracking backorders through completion
Assist walk-in customers, service advisors, and technicians with parts selection and accurate fitment (VIN verification)
Answer calls promptly and provide clear, accurate information
Process invoices, returns, and credits correctly and ensure all parts are billed
Stay organized, maintain a clean workspace, and work with urgency without sacrificing attention to detail
