About The Position

Porsche Omaha is entering a new era under Hanania Automotive Group ownership, and we are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and elevate our parts department. This is a key leadership role within a luxury dealership focused on precision, efficiency, and providing exceptional support to both our service team and customers. We are looking for a strong, detail-oriented leader who understands inventory control, profitability, vendor management, and the importance of keeping a high-performing service department running smoothly. As part of Porsche Omaha, you’ll join a dealership backed by the strength, structure, and long-term stability of the Hanania Automotive Group, with a renewed focus on operational excellence and team success.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts professional (luxury/import preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations and inventory control
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with the dealership CDK preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A valid driver's license
• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the parts department
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and returns
• Support service and technician teams with timely and accurate parts availability
• Ensure accuracy in billing, warranty parts handling, and documentation
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when applicable
• Monitor departmental performance, gross profit, and inventory turns
• Lead, train, and develop parts department staff
