About The Position

The Tennis Associate reports to the Sales Manager and works with store associates and management to serve customers and create an exceptional shopping experience. The associate supports company initiatives and programs intended to improve merchandise selection and services, champions the Customer First philosophy, follows the company’s merchandising vision, and helps maximize sales by keeping assigned areas stocked, properly signed, and merchandised while following operational processes. The associate also develops industry knowledge by learning about products from vendors, industry websites, and coworkers.

This role requires standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, moving throughout the store, and lifting a 30-pound box overhead. The schedule may vary and can include nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs. The company describes work-family balance and no late nights.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to three years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb up and down a ladder, move throughout the store, and lift a 30-pound box overhead.
• Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
