About The Position

The Retail Teller is a frontline representative of Heartland Bank and Trust in the communities it serves. As an essential, service-oriented member of the retail team, the teller processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently, delivers excellent customer experiences, and builds customer relationships. The role includes handling cash and providing information about products and services available through the retail banking branch. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash.
Knowledge of products and services available through a retail banking branch, or ability to provide them.
Ability to engage customers professionally and build customer relationships.
