Retail Stylist
About The Position
As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You represent the organization and its culture positively while sharing its inspired designs and purpose-driven brand. The role involves building guest relationships, supporting store performance, communicating product details and personal style recommendations, and flexing among the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed. You also support your team and help proactively resolve guest concerns. The role is paid at $17.00 per hour. Pay may vary based on factors including store location. It is also eligible for a revenue-sharing incentive based on store and individual performance. Listed benefits are applicable as provided.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain guest relationships using the WOW Service Principles.
- Work toward goals and contribute to guest connections, brand growth, and store performance.
- Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Educate guests about product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs and personal style.
- Flex among the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
- Proactively assist in resolving guest concerns and maintaining a positive experience.
- Support teammates in providing WOW experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
