About The Position

As a part-time Stylist at Kendra Scott, you bring the brand to life by providing “WOW” service and making a difference in every guest’s day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, share enthusiasm for its designs and purpose-driven brand, and help guests have a positive retail experience. The role involves working across the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain guest relationships using the WOW Service Principles.
Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand footprint and store performance.
Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Educate guests on product details and personal style, and recommend products that meet their needs.
Flex between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
Proactively help resolve guest concerns and support a positive experience.
Collaborate with the team to provide positive guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes support.
