About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You are a positive representative of the organization, its inspired designs, and its purpose-driven culture. The store is located at Coconut Point in Estero, Florida, and is scheduled to open in September 2026.

You build guest relationships, share the brand’s purpose and philanthropic efforts, educate guests about products and personal style, and suggest products that meet their needs. You adapt to work across the salesfloor, Colorbar, events, and operations, proactively help resolve guest concerns, and support your team in creating positive guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Use the WOW Service Principles to connect with guests and make a difference in their day.
• Build and maintain guest relationships to support brand growth and store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and recommend products to meet their needs.
• Flex between the salesfloor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively assist in resolving guest concerns and maintaining a positive experience.
• Support teammates in providing positive guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
