About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, share enthusiasm for its designs and purpose-driven brand, and help guests have a positive experience. The role is based at the Coconut Point store in Estero, Florida, which is scheduled to open in September 2026.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest relationships, using WOW Service Principles to connect with each guest and make a difference in their day.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand footprint and store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and recommend products suited to their needs.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively address concerns to help ensure a positive guest experience.
• Support the team in providing WOW experiences for guests, including behind-the-scenes work.
