About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during busy seasons by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, and connect with its inspired designs and purpose-driven brand. The role may involve working across the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Enjoy interacting with people and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Interest in fashion and keeping up with trends.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests and provide customer-centered service.
• Work toward goals and help grow guest connections, the brand footprint, and store performance.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Adapt to work across the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively help resolve guest concerns and support a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the team to provide WOW experiences, including behind-the-scenes support.
