About The Position

As a part-time Stylist at Kendra Scott, you bring the brand to life by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, share enthusiasm for its designs and purpose-driven brand, and help create positive guest experiences. The role involves working across the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, to meet business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest relationships using WOW Service Principles to create positive experiences.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand footprint and store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and suggest products that meet their needs.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively address guest concerns to support a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the team and provide guest support, including behind-the-scenes work.
