About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You represent the organization and its culture in a positive way, and share an appreciation for the brand’s inspired designs and purpose-driven mission.

The role involves connecting with guests, building relationships, educating them about products, and recommending items suited to their needs and personal style. Stylists contribute to store performance and brand growth, share the company’s philanthropic purpose with guests and the community, follow company policies and procedures, resolve guest concerns, and support teammates across the salesfloor, Colorbar, events, and operations.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest relationships and use WOW Service Principles to create positive experiences.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to support brand growth and store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and recommend products that suit their needs and personal style.
• Flex between the salesfloor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively assist in resolving guest concerns and ensuring positive experiences.
• Support the team in providing positive guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
