Requirements
- Experience in leading teams and enjoy overseeing challenges and supporting individuals with their employee experience

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Store Management (recruiting, hiring, performance management, Sales objectives, etc.)
- Mentor and motivate the team in delivering an incredible customer experience while driving sales goals
- Take the lead on bringing the Eastlink brand to life with the launch of the new location and help the team become brand ambassadors
- Bring a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to running your store
- Drive performance and thrive in an exciting environment
- Understand accountability in all its forms, and be motivated by it
