About The Position

Runnings is hiring a Store Manager to lead its retail location in Watford City, North Dakota, which has more than 21,000 square feet of retail space. The role is responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving the store’s financial and operational results. The Store Manager works with store leaders, company teams, and Retail Buyers to meet shared goals and maintain product and merchandising standards. The role requires prior management experience and the ability to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail or hospitality management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Prior retail management experience and prior leadership roles.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build strong relationships with team members and peers.
• Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team toward shared goals.
• Sound judgment and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and delegation skills.
