About The Position

Fabletics is seeking a passionate, driven Retail Store Manager for its Cherry Creek store in Denver, Colorado. The Store Manager leads all aspects of sales and operations, creates a world-class retail environment, and helps ensure a seamless shopping experience across the company’s website and retail stores. The role collaborates with Store Leaders to recruit, hire, and train associates, and guides the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders while working toward ambitious business targets. The Store Manager embodies Fabletics’ culture and values, leads customer engagement in and beyond the store, and directs daily store activities in alignment with company and store goals. The position works with cross-functional teams, manages operational responsibilities such as payroll and inventory, maintains merchandising guidelines, and contributes feedback to improve the business. It reports to the Regional Director and is performed onsite on a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a manager in a retail environment.
Knowledge of and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams and set personal and professional goals for oneself and others.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and comfort building advanced spreadsheet models.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory and POS systems.
Self-motivation, good communication skills, and the ability to bring out the best in others.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Willingness to work onsite on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.

Responsibilities

Model Fabletics’ culture and values through self-accountability, serving as an example for team members.
Recruit, hire, and train store associates and supervisors to engage customers in new and meaningful ways.
Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
Direct the daily activities of store supervisors and associates in alignment with company and store goals.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment, to respond to needs and requests in a timely and responsible manner.
Manage operational tasks related to payroll, inventory management, and paperwork to ensure efficiency.
Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
Gather and share feedback from all levels of the organization to support continuous business improvement.
Guide the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders.
